Urban villages is the result of a variety of factors: the socio-economic development;urban space development;urban and rural management system and so on the many kinds offactors. its modification involves "village in turn" system reform,"the villagersurbanization" identity conversion, physical environment improvement and traditionalculture protection, etc.This paper takes Guangzhou Liede village business improvement project as researchbackground, and on the village transformation model for a specific analysis and discussion,the village business improvement project according to the principle scheme,, LieDe villagewill all be pulled down to reconstructed, LieDe village reform intends not to take thegovernment investment, mainly through the land auction and operation way to raise money.The whole transformation has three parts planning, the eastern area of LieDe bridge is forthe resettlement of the villagers; The western area will be saled according to the valuemaximization principle for the development of business, some of the land cost directly intothe reconstruction project.
