Research On Construction And Development Of Village In Urban Fringe

An urban fringe district is land utilization transformation area which is situated between the built-up urban areas and the countryside hinterlands,and it has the countryside characteristic but is obviously different from the countryside.It is an area that changes unceasingly in land utilization,society,population characteristics and so on.The related research of urban fringe areas has more than 20 years history,but our country was still in the time of urban fast development and advancement,so the urban fringe area has had the deeper transformation than before in function,the characteristic as well as the spatial structure,influenced by many exterior factors & policies of the time.the important action,The Fifth Plenary Session of the sixteenth central committee of Party on 2005 set the socialist new rural reconstruction as the national development strategy,not only pour the new power into rural development,but also has had the pivotal influence to the urban development,and accelerates the village construction of the urban fringe area and its development.This thesis takes the villages in JinZhong economic development zone as its study object.The arguments and viewpoints are focused on the areas around the villages at a macroscopic level,and the thesis conducts the analytical study of the development zone village from region angle of view.Simultaneously,it unifies the urban history and the urban development theory,and argues that in the development zone,the village development is stimulated more by the urban expansion of Jinzhong and Taiyuan city than by the village itself.It offers some advice on the current village construction, based on the analysis of population,environment,mechanism,benefit contradiction etc,from the metropolis angle of view.Due to the fact that conflicts of interest,contradiction and the chaotic management in the urban fringe areas are obvious,the paper introduces and analyzes a practical project that the author fortunately involved in——the new rural construction of Houfang & Wangdu village as example to reinforce the readers understanding of village in fringe areas.Simultaneously the thesis unifies the new promulgating law "Law of City and countryside Plan ",primarily discusses "how the new plan law's influences & guide village construction of the urban fringe area,as well as the new problems which new plan law produces.
