Study On Residential Satisfaction Of Residents In New Urban Districts

The principal contradiction in our society has changed,but the contradiction of living is still highlighted,living problem is still an important livelihood issue.At the same time,new urban districts are being built rapidly in China,but there are many problems in the process of development and construction of new urban districts,which seriously affect the living and life of the residents.The development and construction of the new urban districts need to be adjusted and transformed,and the residential satisfaction of residents in new urban districts is getting more and more attention.It's imperative to carry out the research on the residential satisfaction of residents in new urban districts,no matter from the development status or future trend.However,the research on residential satisfaction of new urban districts is basically in a blank state at present.Therefore,this paper will carry out a study on the residential satisfaction of residents in new urban districts to make up for the deficiencies of the current study,provide suggestions for the improvement of residential satisfaction of residents in new urban districts,and provide beneficial references for the development and construction of new urban districts and its healthy growth.Firstly,based on literature research and theoretical analysis,and the current situation of urban new districts in China,this paper identifies the potential variables of residents' residential satisfaction in new urban districts,and constructs a model of residential satisfaction and a system of observational variables.Secondly,this paper selects the new urban districts of Chongqing,designs the questionnaire and carries out preliminary investigation,modifies the questionnaire and carries out the formal research.And then use the path analysis function of the structural equation model to carry out the fit,revise,test and analyze of the model,get the influencing factors and function mechanism of residential satisfaction in new urban districts,as well as their corresponding reasons.The main conclusions are as follows: 1)housing conditions,community environment,supporting facilities,transportation,natural environment and social environment all have a significant positive impact on housing satisfaction,and the influence degree is followed by housing conditions,community environment,supporting facilities,transportation,social environment and natural environment.2)residential satisfaction has a significant negative impact on residents' complaints,and has a significant positive impact on residents' loyalty.Residents' complaints have a significant negative impact on residents' loyalty.3)for different groups of new urban districts types,there are significant differences in the impact of supporting facilities on residential satisfaction.And for different groups of housing types,there are significant differences in the impact of community environment,supporting facilities and transportation on residential satisfaction.Finally,combining with the analysis of residential satisfaction and the development status of new urban districts in our country,this paper provides advice to enhance the residents' residential satisfaction of new urban districts from the following four aspects: improve the quality of housing conditions and community environment,strengthen the construction of public support and traffic infrastructure,protect natural environment and improve social environment,improve the complaint handling mechanism.
