PLC-based Automatic Packaging Palletizing Production Line Control System Design

Automatic control of mechanical facility has replaced manual work step bystep．PLC is a1ate-model automatic equipment．Its development is based on computertechnology automatization technology and communications．At the present，PLC hasbecome the most important automatic equipment and been applied widely，after thedevelopment of30years．PLC has hold the primacy in the field of industryautomatization (PLC， ROBOT’CAD&CAM)． The degree and extent of PLCdevelopment are the symbols of automatic level in one country．In this paper，I try to bring the completed and detailed idea of design ofautomatic bagging palletizing line control system’s hardware and software．Thisarticle is made up of fife parts of the design．It includes the design of machinery， thecontrolsystem．It’s main functions and hard/software were introduced．This automaticbagging&palletizing line is in the charge of integrated application of PLC．Thesystem described in this paper carries out the data exchange around the whole system,enhances the entire industry automation level, and makes obvious economic profit.Automatic bagging&palletizing line is used in the industries of petrochemical，fertilizer, food processing，and transportation port etc．In can perform bagging andpalletizing automatically for powder and granular materials such as chemicalfertilizer，plastic granules(PP／PE／PVC)and grains etc．It is easy for customers tostore，transport and sale their products．Automatic bagging&palletizing line consistsof auto-weighing bagging machine，auto-bag feed group，sealing system，bag turndown machine，metal detector，sorting machine，jet printer and palletizing machineetc．units．Through programming controller, the whole system process can beautomatic controlled．Any process operation troubles，not enough feeds，bag feedingnot due or palletizing not in time all can be alarmed by sound or light．It has theadvantages of simple operation, reliable and easy maintenance etc．According to thecustomer’s requirements，the system also can be equipped with communication portinterface for DCS control． equipped with printer for printing daily， monthly production records，also can be connected with computer or touch screen for autoweighing bagging machine monitoring or intranet network management．...
