With the development and progress of social civilization,human society has shown great leaps and bounds,in which the urban power supply system plays a more and more important role,and the power system has become one of the indispensable sources of energy for the development and progress of human civilization.It is an important part of urban lifeline engineering.With the rapid development of economy,the power supply system is developing towards the direction of high-voltage and large-scale,and the structure of the power supply system is becoming more and more complex and the coverage of the power supply system is increasing.And the power supply system contains a large number of high-voltage electrical equipment with high earthquake vulnerability,so how to weaken the earthquake when the power system is damaged by the earthquake To the destruction and damage of the entire urban power supply system,as well as to rapidly repair a certain power supply node in the city power system,quickly restore the power supply,and reduce the earthquake damage of various earthquake-prone electrical equipment,such as substations,transmission lines,and so on.It is one of the important bases for the design and construction of urban power supply system.The risk evaluation of urban power supply system is carried out,and the importance of various risk factors is calculated by means of quantitative and qualitative methods by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).On this basis,the risk assessment model of urban power system is established.On the basis of the power supply system,this paper studies the anti-seismic and disaster prevention countermeasures of the urban power supply system,mainly from the earthquake legislation,the earthquake insurance,and the research of the earthquake prevention countermeasures of the power system.At the same time,a new type of twoway collision tuned mass damper scheme and the isolation energy dissipation scheme of transformer bearing platform are put forward.Through the isolation and energy dissipation technology,the main transformer can effectively resist the earthquake damage and improve the seismic protection target and seismic reliability.A new type of two-way collision tuned mass damper is installed on the top of the transmission tower.The scheme can absorb the kinetic energy of the transmission tower by hanging mass pendulum,and it can also pass through.The collision consumes seismic energy and has the effect of double shock absorption,which greatly improves the seismic performance of the transmission tower.Figure 39;Table 14;Reference53...
