| Traveling happiness is a dimension of subjective well-being and plays an important role in the improvement of subjective well-being.Higher subjective well-being has been confirmed to have a positive effect on personal creativity and social productivity.However,in recent years,the number of cars has increased,traffic congestion and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious,pedestrians and bicyclists has been given an important position.At the same time,along with the widening of motor vehicle lanes and on-street parking,the travel environment of some roads for pedestrians and bicyclists is deteriorating.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the travel happiness of pedestrians and bicyclists and to analyze the influencing factors of pedestrians and bicyclists’ happiness.The research contents of the thesis are as follows: Based on the existing literature at home and abroad,the stratified random sampling method is used to investigate the travel behavior of pedestrians and bicyclists on 12 roads,and 674 travel metrics including travel satisfaction and emotions,as well as personal,family attributes,travel attributes,and environmental attributes of travel space were collected.The descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data by means of SPSS software.Then,based on the exploratory verification analysis to verify the validity of the travel happiness scale,the relationship between happiness,travel satisfaction and travel mood is analyzed by first-order confirmatory factor analysis and second-order confirmatory factor analysis.The specific value of travel happiness is obtained,and the characteristics of pedestrians and bicyclists’ happiness are analyzed.Then,construct a multi-ordered Logit model of the factors affecting the happiness of all travelers,pedestrians,and bicyclists,and define the possibility of a happier trip-OR value.Finally,through the analysis of the model results and the sensitivity analysis of uncertain factors,the travel improvement strategies of pedestrians and bicyclists are proposed.The research of the thesis found that: First,when the pedestrians and bicyclists alone or walks the group companion as a child,the travel happiness experience decreases,and the bicycle group’s travel companion is a friend,the travel happiness is improved;second,the optimal combination of walking path and bicycle road width are(4.42 m,2.8m),(4.42 m,3.08m),(4.42 m,3.36m),and(4.86 m,3.36m).When the optimal combination cannot be achieved,the setting can refer to the better combination in the text.Thirdly,the pedestrians prefer that the separation of the motor vehicle and the non-motor vehicle on the road is separated by a line,and the bicyclists prefer the separation as a guardrail.Fourth,the existence of on-street parking disturbance has a negative impact on the happiness of bicyclists.Fifth,the bus stop on the pedestrian road is 300-500 meters or the pedestrian road is less than 300 meters away from the subway station,which have a positive effect on the travel experience of the traveler. |
