A Study On The Revitalization Of Public Space In Old Residential Areas From The Perspective Of Micro-renewal

With the acceleration of urban construction,the development of cities has become more and more mature.The functions of residential areas in the old city have been unable to meet the needs of residents in the new period.In addition,the imperfection of related systems has caused many problems in the old residential areas of the old city: poor living environment 1.The decline of infrastructure and the elimination of the spirit of the place.This article analyzes the status quo of residential areas in the old urban areas of Hefei City in the context of the transformation of the urban development model from "incremental development" to "stock development".And problems,from the perspective of micro-renewal,the construction of an update model for the old settlement of the old city of Hefei.The research of this article is divided into four stages: theoretical exploration,analysis of current situation,analysis of influencing factors and construction of update model.At the initial stage of theory,the definition of micro-renewal,old settlements in old towns and public spaces in settlements is clearly defined.By conducting research on the source of micro-renewal,the concept of micro-renewal in this article is clarified,and the concepts of old residential areas and public spaces in residential districts in this article are clearly expounded and defined.In the current situation analysis stage,through the technical means of data collection and analysis,the current status of the old city of Hefei is analyzed from the perspective of population density,building density,function,ownership,and building age.Analysis of the existing problems in the old settlements of the old city from the perspective of environment,infrastructure and place spirit.In the analysis phase of influencing factors,the relationship between the material elements,social elements and different renewal methods and the public space of the residential area will be developed to lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of renewal mode.In the construction stage of the update model,a detailed analysis of the recent successful micro-update cases and the update methods in the author's participation examples is made,and the principle of micro-update of public spaces in the old residential areas of the old city of Hefei is clarified.Renewal methods of oldsettlements in the old city of Hefei,and formulate corresponding management mechanisms to ensure the durability of the renewal.Finally,the article's research results are summarized to illustrate the shortcomings in the research.Figure [74] table [9] reference [54]...
