Research On Spatial Morphology Evolution And Design Strategy Of Folk Dwellings In Southern Shaanxi Province

As the implementation of the revitalization,precise policy for poverty alleviation in rural areas,rural economic development level rising steadily,remarkable achievements in construction technology,materials and other aspects,the traditional houses in southern shaanxi space,function and current physical environment is not suitable for the modern people’s life demand as well as the newly built residences to reflect less consider regional characteristic,therefore,need to optimize the shuhe residential space,function and to improve the physical environment,architectural style for succession.However,at the present stage,there is a lack of research on the space,function,technology and style of folk dwellings in southern shaanxi,and a lack of targeted theories to guide the construction of folk dwellings,resulting in a lack of scientific and reasonable planning and guidance for the construction of folk dwellings.These problems are not conducive to the long-term development of rural areas.In southern shaanxi 60 village on-the-spot investigation,collecting and sorting the local-style dwelling houses in current situation characteristic,and selected 12 villages as the key object of study,literature induction,summarizes method,field survey method,software simulation,a summary residential space,function,technology,features four sorts of features and carries on the thorough analysis,found in a common residential space layout is not reasonable,the function is not complete,construction technology is not appropriate,newly built residences to consider less problems such as regional culture.According to the current situation,this paper analyzes the evolution of residential space form by applying the theory of hierarchy of needs,architectural typology,environmental psychology,human settlements and other relevant theories,and summarizes the features of residential space in terms of function,technology and image and reveals its influencing factors based on the preliminary research data.At the same time,according to the shaanxi province village planning technical specifications,residential design specifications,civil building green design specifications,slope roofing engineering technical specifications,residential building energy saving design specifications in hot summer and cold winter areas,the per capita construction land area,homestead area,family type and other indicators in rural areas in southern shaanxi areanalyzed.Combination of dwellings in use function,physical environment,green technology,regional characteristic,further put forward the door model design,section design,technology design,image design,etc,specific design strategies,and to supplement and revision of the relevant specification,put forward different house type should choose different forms of building plane,courtyard and green technology,to provide reference for residential space design in southern shaanxi,improve the living environment in the region building space design in the theory part.
