Investigation And Analysis On Energy Consumption Of Public Buildings In Qingdao

Public buildings are the most energy-intensive buildings in a variety of buildings,its energy consumption per unit area is large,the number is growing rapidly.Public building area in 2013 accounted for 18.1% of the country’s total construction area,but the proportion of total energy consumption as high as 27.9%.Therefore,the energy consumption of public buildings research and energy conservation research has become the focus of social energy conservation.First of all,this paper chooses the office building,the mall building,the hotel building in the public building of Qingdao as the object of study.The energy consumption per unit area of office buildings in Qingdao is 20 ~ 118kWh/(m2·a);the energy consumption per unit area of shopping mall is 67 ~ 254 kWh/(m2·a);the energy consumption per unit area of hotels is 71 To 103 kWh/(m2·a).On this basis,the limit value of energy consumption index of public buildings in Qingdao is put forward.In order to further study the energy consumption characteristics of public buildings,this paper takes a typical office building as an example to analyze the operational characteristics of building air conditioning,lighting,office equipment,general power,special power and other systems.It is found that the air conditioning system has the problems of large equipment selection,low energy efficiency of chillers,large energy consumption of water transmission and distribution system and so on.,with a greater energy saving potential.According to the energy saving diagnosis results of the building,energy saving measures were put forward for each energy-use system of the building,which could provide reference for the energy-saving reconstruction of later buildings.This paper aims to make an objective evaluation of the energy consumption of different types of existing public buildings in Qingdao,analyze the energy-saving potential of existing public buildings andpropose some suitable reform measures,provide some theoretical basis and engineering application reference for energy saving work.
