Development Of New Testing System For Intelligent Substation

Compared with the traditional substation,using intelligent substation intelligent electronic device and network communication technology,the substation has been greatly improved in the disposal of equipment monitoring,operation and maintenance level of accident.In recent years,smart substation has been developed vigorously in power grid,and is considered as the trend of power system development in the future.At present,many equipment in smart substation are new research and development.Because of short period,heavy task and new technology,debugging task becomes extremely difficult.At present,the digital protection test device usually adopts the debugging method for each device to test one by one.It is difficult to test and test the intelligent control function of the whole station.In this case,the test and debugging cycle of the intelligent substation is much larger than the traditional substation debugging cycle,and the test results have limitations.Therefore,the field debugging work of intelligent substation puts forward the requirement of realizing the function and performance test of each device in the station system framework.According to the technical characteristics of intelligent substation,combined with on-site debugging needs,studied two IED device testing and inspection methods,put forward the debugging and testing requirements and project integration,high efficiency for the intelligent substation intelligent equipment station.Developed a set of intelligent substation equipment two environment test system,including the hardware controller of high performance and flexible test software,can efficiently and reliably complete the two intelligent substation system debugging and verification.By driving the output terminal equipment data transmission protocol,can receive the device under test from the GOOSE information,flexible configuration parameters,the acceptable synchronization signal of MU and smart terminal controller integrated flexible configuration,the whole test station can complete multiple IED function,function and performance verification device with the design of substation IED at the same time,a test system configuration management and fault simulation software to simulate the whole intelligent substation electrical wiring and typical faults,improve the efficiency of site testing and commissioning.
