Important way of outdoor advertisment and plaque are not just propaganda,but also the impact of an important carrier of urban style,outdoor advertisment and plaque are not just a two-dimensional flat display interface is multi-dimensional urban space landscape elements in the sequence.In this paper,the current urban outdoor advertisment and plaque publicity over the lack of overall sense of order,affecting the image of the building facade,landscape and urban street space overall image and other issues,urban image theory,Gestalt theory and rule-based formal beauty;to Mudanjiang City outdoor advertising signboard design practice as the basis,expand outdoor advertising signboard design studies.outdoor advertisment and plaque proposed layout and design principles and optimization strategies,and as a guide to complete the two complete layout and design.This study was designed to resolve the important role of the depth of the outdoor advertising signboard rational layout and design to enhance the urban landscape style change "thousands of city side" on the basis of the phenomenon to practice cases provide useful experience for future designs.Contents of this paper is not only in the form of outdoor advertising plaque specific design issues,but from advertising plaque setting,planning,management,set up a general rule,the perspective of design guidelines and practical combination of special programs designed to expand the project details,both theoretical studies have planning and design of the program.Text by asking questions,analyze and solve problems logically divided into four parts:The first part introduces the background,purpose and significance,and related research at home and abroad were analyzed to define the content and methods of topics related concepts and studies.The second part of the in-depth analysis of the outdoor advertising signboard impact on the urban landscape,urban image theory,Gestalt psychology,Beauty and rule-based theory for Mudanjiang outdoor advertising signboard status quo and analytical issues,the use of the specific implementation of the above theory five principles: orderliness,controllability,differentiated recognition,sustainability and safety principles.Part III summarizes the general rule set out outdoor advertising,outdoor advertising is set to determine the scale of the place,Form Integration;guarantee facility function,highlighting ad above requirements;independent settings,location suitable volume three optimization strategies.LED electronic screen advertising combed characteristics and technical development of LED electronic advertising screens set up were discussed and clarified the implementation of installation.Section IV summarizes the four signboard formal specification,the specific requirements of twelve and five sub-control guidelines,set up a general rule,proposed six signboard design methods that take care of up and down,left and right butt,rich layers,decorative elements,extreme color separated and no cards design.In Mudanjiang outdoor advertising signboard design practical projects relying on the combined effect of map design results show differences in Mudanjiang 6 model street.
