With the development of the city,around the city of new residential areas more and more,the downtown high-rise buildings increased,the height is also more and more big,the municipal water supply pressure already unable to meet the needs of city residents' daily life water,pressurized water supply in the city water supply is particularly important.The residential pressurized water supply system has various forms and has developed more rapidly in recent years.More and more systems suitable for residential pressurization have been applied.Through the analysis,optimization and application design of the integrated water supply system of box pump,this method of water supply is verified to be efficient and feasible.Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle of the traditional two pressurized water supply,the conditions of use,the advantages and disadvantages,discusses the existent problems.By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the integrated water supply system of the box pump,the applicability is discussed.On this basis,the optimum design of the tank volume and control unit in the integrated stack water supply system of the box and pump is carried out,and the hydraulic system is analyzed and calculated.Through the study of the case of the integrated water supply system using the box pump integrated pressure water supply system,it is concluded that the water supply system has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,water quality,flexible installation,high automation and low noise.Through the design of the integrated pressure water supply system of the box pump in the newly built residential district,we further understand the determination of the parameters in the practical application,the matters needing attention,the possible problems and the solutions.Through the comparison of the data in the water supply transformation of a residential district,it is proved that the integrated stack water supply system of the box and pump has outstanding advantages in energy saving,water saving,saving investment and reducing noise.The economic benefit of the system is analyzed,and the problems appearing in the engineering reform are analyzed.Through the study,it is shown that the integrated pressure water supply system can make good use of the residual pressure of the municipal pipe network and high efficiency and energy saving,and the tank capacity is only 50% of the traditional water supply tank,and it can save energy,reduce the area and ensure the water quality.The optimization of the structure of the pump unit and control system is embedded on the box in the form of module,which is convenient for installation and maintenance,the effect of noise reduction is obvious,the realization of automatic control is easy to be realized,and the manpower is saved.The energy saving effect of the system is obvious.
