Research On The Environment Design Strategy Of Internet Office Based On The Theory Of Restorative Environment

In recent years,the change of population structure and the supply-demand relationship in the employment market have led to the higher request of the workforce quality and fierce industry competition.We could always see the relevant news about white-collar dying of overwork,especially those staff from Internet technical company.While office workers are under huge psychological pressure,their physical health is not optimistic either.At present,the relevant application research of restorative environment theory is still in its infancy.Doing research on the design of restorative Internet office environment and alleviating the pressure of physical and mental health of Internet practitioners has great significance to construct a humanized office space system.This paper focuses on the design ideas and Strategies of office environment for Internet enterprises based on restorative environment theory.Firstly,this paper clarifies the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad.Based on the basic research and analysis of restorative environment theory,this paper analyses the office environment and the workers from Internet enterprises and construct the connection between them and puts forward the necessity and applicability of introducing restorative environment into the design of Internet office environment.Secondly,this paper analysis the physical and mental health,stress perception status and problems of employees in Internet enterprises,and investigate typical cases and summarize and rethink the current problems.On this basis,analysis the elements of office environment impact,recovery and recovery mechanism of Internet enterprises,and summarize the recovery effect through the recovery effect evaluation.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,this paper puts forward the principles and design strategies of restorative office design for Internet enterprises,and constructs restorative office environment design strategies from four aspects: physical environment regulation,functional layout optimization,environmental color and material configuration,indoor greening design.This paper applies the theory of restorative environment to the design of office environment in Internet enterprises,enriches the relevant theoretical research content,and applies it to improve the quality of Internet office environment and promote the future development of humanized office space environment design.
