In the current era of rapid information development,a new concept of Consumer-oriented and satisfying consumers' psychological needs as much as possible are crucial in product design.A comfortable color scheme is the basis for satisfying consumers' psychological expectations,and it is also a major factor affecting consumers' consumption of products compared with other factors.While industrial designers usually consider human perception during the process of color design,there are free tolls that can assist industrial designers with color design tasks.Based on the color image,this paper uses the neural network intelligent algorithm to translate the perceptual consciousness after seeing color into computer language,and expresses it visually.Finally the author designed an intelligent system imitating the thinking of designers,this system can help users design a more perfect color scheme in a limited time.Combining the questionnaire and the expert panel review,several adjectives that designers and users agree to describe the color image are selected.After that,the adjectives are grouped using card sorting.The results were analyzed for fitness,and the most appropriate number of groups for the experimental group was determined.Further,each group of specific adjectives was determined by clustering method.Finally,six representative color image adjectives were identified as the image description dimension in the system.Based on the PCCS system,the color matching samples were designed by orthogonal idea.Through the color comfort evaluation and image similarity evaluation,the appropriate color samples were determined for the color image evaluation experiment.The participants were recruited to complete the image evaluation of color,and the experiment used the SD method.And analyzed the relationship between the basic attributes of color and their corresponding image.Then,the author selected representative color samples to complete and analyze differences in color image evaluation between the three products.The specific design goals and functional requirements of the system are determined by analyzing the needs of the target users.According to all the above researches,the module design and business logic design of the product color design system were completed.And then completing the system interaction and interface design with reference to the design principles and users' habits.The system selected BP neural network,established the color design and color image evaluation fitting model,and completed the system in MATLAB.Finally,the function module of the prototype of the system was verified by the color scheme of the actual product.
