The Study On The Evaluation Method Of Regional Economic Adaptability Of Railway Transportation Network

With the rapid development of China's transportation industry,the transportation industry has become an important support of the national economy.The construction and development of transportation network directly affect the improvement of the whole social productivity level.As the important transportation mode in the transportation system,railway transportation is closely related to the development of regional economy.On one hand,railway transportation supports the development of social economy due to its significance for transportation industry.On the other hand,with the continuous improvement of social and regional economic level,it has also promoted the continuous improvement of railway transportation network and the increasing demand for transportation.Analyzing deeply the relationship between the railway transport network and the regional social economy,exploring the regional economic adaptability evaluation method,accurately grasping the economic adaptability of the regional railway network,is of great significance to the promotion of regional railway network access and the level of economic development.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,compares and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.There are few methods for evaluating the economic adaptability of railway transportation networks at home and abroad.The existing evaluation methods have the shortcuts in systematic and practical evaluation methods.In view of the deficiencies in the systematic and practical aspects of the relevant evaluation methods in the existing research achievements,this paper systematically analyses and evaluates the economic adaptability of railway transportation networks from a holistic perspective,and puts forward a more practical evaluation method for the regional economic adaptability of railway transportation networks.Then it introduces the development status of China's railway transportation industry and economy,through selecting typical indicators,quantitatively analyzes the strong correlation between railway transportation and economic development,and qualitatively analyzes the influence of railway transportation on economic development and the internal mechanism of its impact.Then according to the selection principle of the evaluation index and the selection process of the primary selection index and the perfect index,the railway transportation network evaluation and the regional economic index system are set up in order to make a scientific and rational comprehensive evaluation on the railway transportation network.Then according to the selection principle of the evaluation index and the selection process of selecting index preliminarily and improving index and taking the scientific and rational comprehensive evaluation of railway transportation network as the goal,the evaluation index system and regional economic evaluation index system of railway transportation network are constructed.According to the evaluation index system of railway transportation network and the index system of regional economic evaluation,the weight of each evaluation index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and the importance of each evaluation index is analyzed quantitatively.At last,the principle and steps of the evaluation method of economic adaptability of railway network are expounded in detail,and the evaluation interval of economic adaptability index of railway network is determined with the evaluation value of economic adaptability of the national railway network as the standard.The adaptability of railway network in Jiangsu,Hunan and Sichuan provinces to regional economic level is quantitatively analyzed.According to the calculation results of the three provinces,compared with the economic adaptability of the national railway network,the railway network in Jiangsu Province lags behind the regional economic development,the railway network in Henan Province is ahead of the regional economic development,and the railway network matches regional economic development in Sichuan Province.This paper gives the corresponding development countermeasures of railway network and economic construction,and provides reference for China's railway network construction planning.
