The development of complex scenic spots covering vast ecologically sensitive areas and complex topography has became an important issue in the rapid development of tourism railways in recent years,facing the problems of transportation project construction and ecological landscape protection.Based on the recent planning of a project from Dujiangyan City to Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province in complex scenic spots,this paper discusses the key constraints of traffic mode selection in such complex scenic spots,and determines the optimum mode of transportation in the region,rack railway,through comprehensive analysis and comparison.Based on the results of the traffic selection,his paper proposes two core issues of applying the rack railway to this kind of area,namely the sustainable development of railway line selection in ecologically sensitive areas,and the matching of technical parameters of the cog railway line.The comprehensive evaluation of the green railway alignment section is an important means to circumvent the environmental problems in the early stage of the construction of the traffic project and to minimize its bad impact on the environment.The line is an important part of the rack railway system,and its technical parameters have important influence on driving safety,stability and passenger comfort.The solution of these two problems has important theoretical significance,engineering significance and environmental value for the construction of complex scenic traffic projects.By analyzing the characteristics of complex scenic spots covering multiple ecologically sensitive areas and the key constraints of traffic selection,the advantages,disadvantages and adaptability of various scenic spots’ traffic modes are compared comprehensively in order to determine the optimal traffic mode in the region.At the same time,this paper analyzes the characteristics of ecological sensitive areas of this rail transit project,selects relevant indicators,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for green railway alignment section in ecological sensitive areas.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,the indicators in the index system are empowered.Based on the matter-element extension method,the evaluation method of the rail route scheme in the ecological sensitive areas is constructed,and the green levels are evaluated separately for different route schemes.At the same time,using the static analysis method and the analogy method,combined with the overall technical parameters of vehicle of this rail transit project,the preliminary calculation and formulation of the plane technical parameters of the rack railway line are carried out.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that the preferred mode of transportation for this rail transit project is the rack railway.This kind of transportation has the advantages of high environmental friendliness,large carrying capacity,long transportation distance and flexibility.Also,a multi-level index system for comprehensive evaluation of green railway alignment section in ecologically sensitive areas are constructed,including 4 secondary indicators,11 detailed indicators.Calculate and analyze the route scheme I and scheme II of this rail transit project,and obtain the recommended scheme as scheme I.The calculation of the example verifies the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the evaluation method of the green railway alignment section of traffic construction projects in the ecologically sensitive areas.At the same time,the minimum recommended length of the clip line,the recommended value of the minimum curve radius,and the length of the tempered curve are selected to match the technical parameters of this rail transit project.
