This thesis mainly studies the design of continuous construction and water-saving renovation project in Zhangpu Irrigation District.There are three phases of the project before the Hunpu Irrigation District.At present,the 23 rd branch of the first phase of the project and the Puhe water supply branch channel are important water conveyance projects in the Xinmin's Irrigation Area,which is responsible for the irrigation task of 70,600 mu of paddy fields.The second and third phases of the project also have some problems,which seriously affect the effectiveness of the downstream channel project.Therefore,the design of the continuous construction and water-saving renovation project for the Hunpu Irrigation District is an urgent need to ensure the overall project efficiency.According to the current situation of the irrigation area,the water resources balance in the irrigation area is analyzed to determine the irrigation quota in the irrigation area and ensure the water resources balance.In this paper,the overall situation of the project is arranged,and the design schemes for the projects such as water distribution project,building engineering and canal road engineering are proposed,and the scheme is optimized.This design is based on existing cases of construction projects and is analyzed from specific situations.According to the general situation of the project area,hydrometeorology,engineering geology and hydrogeology,and further considering the economic conditions and the present status of the irrigation district,further engineering design tasks are proposed.Through the analysis of the irrigation quota and the current level of water resources balance in the irrigation district,and forecasting the national economic development and supply and demand water in the design level year,the agricultural water resources in the project area will be balanced by supply and demand.After comprehensive consideration of the historical transformation of the region,the amount of engineering and the functional and technical conditions after the completion of the project,a further continuation plan for the irrigation district was proposed,which decomposed the various engineering sections,combined with advanced water source engineering technology and water-saving irrigation at home and abroad.The technology,careful design and analysis of its construction plan,combined with the relevant basic theoretical knowledge,to determine the overall layout of the project,the design meets the actual situation,feasible engineering plan.In the design of water distribution project,the irrigation area and irrigation flow are calculated,and various schemes are compared to improve the longitudinal and cross sections of the channel.In this design,a total of 262 new canal buildings were reconstructed.Among them,there are 11 water inlet and culvert gates,131 agricultural gates(lower culverts),94 agricultural gates(iron pipe culverts),5 bridges,18 crossing road culverts and 3water pumping stations.And some of the channel top roads will be reconstructed to further improve the irrigation design guarantee rate of the irrigation area,so that the backbone canal system of the irrigation area can realize all metered water supply,reduce water loss,and provide efficient water supply protectionfor Shenyang's national economic and social development..
