Research On The Method Of Post-occupancy Evaluation Based On PDCA

With the rapid development of economy and the advancement of urbanization process,urban construction has made great achievements,accompanied by a series of negative phenomena such as low quality of architectural design,waste of building resources,serious economic loss and so on.The phenomenon reflects that domestic architectural design deviates from practical and rational design.The root problem of sex.Reviewing the whole process of project construction,the reasons for the "short life of the building" are caused by the failure of Party A’s decision making,the lack of architect’s ability,the failure of the construction execution and the unreasonable formulation of the task book.This article focuses on the phenomenon of "building short life" caused by unreasonable building function and poor operation,which can only meet the problem and the key problems of the task book.The current task book can only meet the needs of the development of extensive architecture,and can not adapt to the fine architecture.The needs of the exhibition design,and the existence of the task book is not comprehensive lack of economic operation,the index system is inaccurate data aging and the degree of standardization is not clear and so on a series of problems.Moreover,the task book lacks the scientific and systematic evaluation method to correct it.From the perspective of the professional architects,the researchers consider that the compilation of the task book itself belongs to the work category of the professional architects.Secondly,it pays attention to the view of the closed loop system of "pre planning and post evaluation" proposed by the scholars in recent years,which is proposed by the scholars,such as Zhuang Weimin,and so on.Failure,serious waste of building resources and so on;and fine design to put forward higher requirements on three aspects of the comprehensive,accuracy and clarity of the task book.It is urgent to need scientific,systematic and comprehensive evaluation methods.Thus,under the closed loop of "pre planning and post evaluation",a solution to the problem of unreasonable task book is put forward.The direction is the study of post evaluation.In this paper,on the basis of the study of "post use evaluation",based on the results of POE research at the present stage,a POE work method,that is,P-POE work method,which is put forward to evaluate the task book.The principle of this paper is to evaluate the building design by using the P-POE work method from the user’s point of view,so as to realize the construction of the building.A new task book is obtained based on the evaluation and feedback of mission effectiveness.In this paper,the research of POE is based on the summary of POE related research results at home and abroad.The research results,research views and research methods of several representative teams of POE are used for reference,and the research ideas and thinking ways of this paper are clarified.At the same time,the genera of POE multidisciplinary It emphasizes the necessity of the related subjects for reference to the theoretical research of the P-POE work method,and focuses on the work procedure,data index,tool and support system of the P-POE work method,such as the-PDCA cycle theory of the management discipline,the statistical subject-data analysis theory and the engineering discipline-evidence-based design theory.In order to form and put forward the P-POE work method studied in this paper.The inspiration of PDCA cycle theory to the working procedure of P-POE work method is the key to the innovation of P-POE work method.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic review of the P-POE work method from the aspects of definition,main object,characteristic and research angle,research goal and achievement,work principle and P-POE working procedure,and puts forward a P-POE work method to evaluate the architectural design task book.In other words,the P-POE work method is the solution to the task book.Effective strategies for the problem;and through empirical research on the practice of P-POE work method to demonstrate and improve.In general,the P-POE work method proposed in this paper is based on the principle of objective clarity,the principle of comprehensive information,the principle of tool effectiveness,the principle of dynamic data,the systematic working procedure and the use of scientific methods to compare the differences between the actual effect of building building and the appointment book.The effectiveness of the task book is evaluated by the implementation of the verification task book,and the three aspects of the comprehensive,accuracy and clarity of the task book are searched and analyzed,the relevant suggestions for improvement are put forward,and a new task book is obtained.The results of this study mainly set up a POE working method based on the task book,and use this method to get a new task book,in order to provide an objective basis and design guidelines for the compilation of the task book.
