The Architectural Programming Post Occupancy Evaluation is now been put intouse the building or project evaluation, based on the evaluation feedback on the resultsof the present or the future planning of the proposed construction work, to provideinformation and scientific basis.Based on the research results at home and abroad in light of the realities in Chinaand China Construction aesthetics, the large number of reference documents, theSemantic Differential application of the existing law of a construction plan forresearch, based on the results of research and evaluation. Through the constructionprojects planned after the evaluation, similar to the existing or proposed projectsrelated to the feasibilitystudies and planning to give information and suggestions.The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is The Introduction,this paper introduces the meaning and main content, the theory of domestic andinternational developments. Chapter 2 is The Architectural Programming and the PostOccupancy Evaluation, to introduce The Architectural Programming on principle, thePost Occupancy Evaluation summary, and the Architectural Programming PostOccupancy Evaluation methods. Chapter 3 is The construction of the ArchitecturalProgramming Post Occupancy Evaluation system based on SD method. To introducethe SD law on the operation of basic procedures, factor analysis of the concept inprinciple and the use of SD law. Chapter 4 is the case study of The ArchitecturalProgramming Post Occupancy Evaluation Based on the Semantic Differential Method.In this paper, the case study is The Pengxiang apartment of The Tianjin University. Toinvestigate the Pengxiang student apartments, according to the SD method in Chapter3 and the Post Occupancy Evaluation system.The main conclusion is that The SD method is workable in The ArchitecturalProgramming Post Occupancy Evaluation system. The results of The Post OccupancyEvaluation will feedback to the future similar Architectural Programming and toprovide reliable reference.
