Research On Cost Control Management Of JS Project In General Contract Mode

In recent years,China is still in and will be in the primary stage of the new form of economy for a long time.Construction industry,as one of the important industries of the national economy,is still treated as a stable industry.However,due to the rising house prices,the continuous backlog of housing stocks and the sluggish real estate market,the fixed assets investment in the construction industry has shown a serious downward trend,which means the transformation of the Chinese construction market is extremely needed.At this stage,the state has been vigorously promoting the development of the general contract mode of engineering projects.The application of the general contract mode plays a key role in the transformation of the construction market,which greatly reduces the participation of the owners in specific matters.Therefore,the project cost control management and research based on the general contract mode is of great significance.Based on the advanced theory of cost management under the general contract mode,taking the actual situation of JS project as the starting point,this paper,combined with the whole process cost management of JS project,analyzes the current situation of cost management of Shenyang Branch of Jiangsu Province A Construction Group Co.,Ltd.,.By summarizing every stages of cost control in JS project,it is found that there are many loopholes in the cost management in this branch company.By the method of analytical induction,the reasons for the problem of the cost control management of JS project are mainly due to the lack of cost control awareness of employees,the uneven level of cost management personnel,and the lack of practical cost assessment system and cost control method and so on.In order to improve the current situation of JS project cost management,combined with the relevant theories and methods of cost control corresponding improvement suggestions and optimization measures for the problems and causes in the whole cost management process of JS project are put forward,which ultimately improves the production and operation status of Shenyang branch and enhances the industry competitiveness.
