With the continuous change of electricity demand,climate and energy supply,the traditional energy supply methods represented by large thermal power plants have been unable to meet the requirements of social development in energy efficiency and environmental protection.In the future,electricity demand will continue to grow rapidly,but the supply of traditional fossil fuels will decrease year by year.New power sources and power supply modes will provide solutions to this dilemma,and distributed generation technology is the most effective one.Distributed generation technology mostly uses renewable clean energy,which is distributed near the user side.Its scale is relatively small.It can reduce pollution and improve the flexibility and reliability of power supply by co-generation with cold and heat.Moreover,besides introducing cleaner energy to obtain electricity,distributed generation will also promote the construction of new power network,so that it can better adapt to the access needs of various distributed generation.It is the future development trend of power industry to convert energy into electricity efficiently and transmit it to all kinds of users quickly.Based on the Notice on Developing the Pilot Trading of Distributed Generation Marketization issued by the State Energy Administration and the author's experience in this field,this paper conducts a study on the related issues of the trading of Distributed Generation Marketization.This paper analyzes the types,characteristics,grid-connected standards and grid-connected technologies of distributed generation,establishes an evaluation model for the economic and environmental benefits of distributed generation,which can be used for the construction cost,reasonable investment and environmental benefits of distributed generation,and guides power users,power companies and policy-making departments to better develop and utilize the distributed generation.Cloth power generation technology.Based on the analysis of the influence of the market transaction of distributed generation on the power market and the market transaction method of distributed generation in China,the paper studies the relevant factors in the pilot documents with theactual case of a regional power grid,and discusses the capacity scale and access conditions of the market transaction of distributed generation in the region.Trading mode and trading platform are used to calculate the cost of grid-crossing fee in the pilot phase,and the possible difficulties and Countermeasures in the process of realizing the market-oriented transaction of distributed generation are summarized.The research work can provide a useful reference for the pilot work of market-based trading of distributed generation.
