| As an important freight port in North China,the volume of cargoes of Caifeidian Port is increased year by year.The varieties of cargoes are mainly ore,coal,oil,liquefied petroleum gas and containers,and a variety of bulk cargoes is coexisted.Currently,the characteristics of cargo storage,loading and unloading are too many goods,varieties and dangers chemicals in Caifeidian Port.Therefore,building an emergency management system is an in dispensable management system for all enterprises in Caofeidian Port.The article is divided into five chapters,using the research of emergency management system of Caofeidian Port as the main line to discuss the related theories of emergency management such as public crisis theory,public safety theory and emergency management theory.First of all,the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,which provide theoretical reference for the improvement of emergency management system in Caofeidian Port;Secondly,the second chapter explains the basic theory of emergency management.The core concepts of port emergency management theory are reviewed and analyzed,and its application in emergency management theory is analyzed in depth;Thirdly,the third chapter analyzes the status of the emergency management system at the domestic and international ports.Based on the actual work of the port in our country,the emergency management system at home and abroad is studied in depth;Again,the fourth chapter explains the status of emergency management system in Caofeidian Port is analyzed.By analyzing the emergency management system of Caofeidian Port,we can find out the shortcomings of the existing emergency management system in the port;Finally,the fifth chapter proposes an improved plan for the emergency management system of Caofeidian Port.By referring to advanced emergency management experience of ports,optimize the emergency management system for Caofeidian,and extract suitable conditions for our country’s harbor conditions and national conditions Emergency measures. |
