| IMO(International Maritime Organization)stipulates that ships built in the NOx control area after January 1 2016,must meet the emission standards of Tier III,Therefore,the newly-produced engine needs to maintain its power and economy on the basis of reducing emissions.Test bench as a test platform for the engine,with its monitoring system,can be a unified analysis of the engine signal,through scientific methods to test the performance of the engine,and to improve the engine to provide research directions.Domestic research on the engine test technology makes little progress and far behind foreign other country’s research,development of marine engine test bed measurement and control system will help to promote China’s research and development of a higher level of marine engines,it has theoretical significance and practical engineering application value.Taking ship engine as the research object,analysis of the various systems of marine engines,according to the need to measure the parameters of the point and the operating environment to determine the type of measurement and control system hardware,the measurement and control system of the engine test rig is developed,and the test verification of the function of the measurement and control system is completed.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the working conditions of various systems of marine engines,the parameter points and the measurement range of the required measurement of the engine are determined,according to the measured signal list and the working environment of the engine,the hardware selection of the measurement and control system is completed by considering the stability,purpose,expansibility,compatibility and economy of the operation and test of the measurement and control system.(2)The functional requirements of marine engine measurement and control system are analyzed.The overall software architecture of the measurement and control system is completed.Based on the execution flow of the program,the software development of the measurement and control system is completed from the bottom up.The development of the control system has two kinds of real-time switch acquisition mechanism,real-time display,signal filtering and other functions,and preset the VISA interface and CAN communication interface is widely used in measuring instruments,the program has strong expansibility,can meet the test requirements under different conditions.(3)Designing the data acquisition and control system read data program,by adding the time stamp when storing data,data flow disk read data,can easily locate the data of a specific period of time and will not result in a large amount of data in a short time The resulting memory overflow error,alignment data files to the hard disk sector can speed up the data read speed.(4)Using TCP / IP protocol,UDP protocol,DataSocket communication and Web network publishing program,remote transmission of measurement data and remote control of the program have been completed to meet the needs of scientific research and technical personnel in real-time monitoring of engine test data in different places.(5)Through the progressive test mode,it is verified that the signal acquisition of the measurement and control system is completed without loss,and the accuracy of the acquisition can be ensured;Test the optimized data read program,you can successfully playback a large amount of data stored;verifies that the Web publishing program can realize the remote monitoring and control of the programs on the server by multiple clients.Finally,the measurement and control system was tested on the ACD320 DF dual-fuel engine.The abnormal point of engine operation can be monitored on the interface of the measurement and control system,which serves as the basis for modifying the engine controller’s execution parameters. |
