Diesel engines with a history of more than 100 years have been widely used as power equipment in many fields such as transportation and power.The power core of modern ships is diesel engines,and their normal operation is an important guarantee for the safety of ship transportation.Affected by the world environment,climate change and the pressure of " double carbon " target,the advantages of water transportation are increasingly prominent.Ship transportation is developing in the direction of safety,heavy load,speed and emission reduction.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the performance of marine diesel engines.Due to the harsh working environment,heavy load and improper maintenance of the marine diesel engine system,various faults are inevitable,which will affect the safe operation of the ship.If the working condition of marine diesel engine is monitored in real time,the potential hidden danger can be analyzed early and the alarm can be given in time,which reduces the incidence of accidents.Therefore,this dissertation puts forward the research task of remote real-time monitoring of marine diesel engine system.The goal is to realize the automatic collection of various working condition parameters of marine diesel engine,and to transmit data to the host computer or mobile terminal,so that the relevant personnel can understand and master the running state and fault information of marine diesel engine in real time.This dissertation first introduces the basic working principle of marine diesel engine,analyzes the working condition parameters that need to be monitored during the operation of marine diesel engine,and selects the corresponding sensor by analyzing the detection principle of key working condition signals of marine diesel engine.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the overall architecture of the remote monitoring system for marine diesel engine operating parameters is proposed.According to the actual working environment and resource requirements of the remote monitoring system of marine diesel engine,this dissertation chooses STM32F103RCT6 chip as the main control chip of the system.Following the functional requirements of the remote monitoring system of marine diesel engine,this dissertation designs the basic circuit of the main control chip,analog signal acquisition circuit,frequency signal acquisition circuit,CAN communication interface circuit,wireless transmission circuit and power conversion circuit in detail.Then the software programming is carried out in the Keil u Vision5 development environment,and the system software design of STM32F103RCT6 microprocessor is developed.Including the overall system software architecture,development environment,main program design,analog signal acquisition program design,frequency signal acquisition program design and Wi Fi and 4G module program design.In order to realize the real-time remote monitoring,data analysis and processing and fault diagnosis of marine diesel engine operating parameters,this dissertation designs a remote monitoring system based on Lab VIEW host computer and mobile phone App.The data interaction is realized through wireless communication and data acquisition equipment,and the collected data is monitored and analyzed in real time.Finally,the remote monitoring system of marine diesel engine operating parameters is tested.Firstly,the hardware circuit is tested with the measuring instrument,and the system power conversion circuit is tested.The output voltage of each power conversion module is normal.Then,after the software is debugged in the software development environment,the program is downloaded to the main control chip;firstly,the communication test of Wi Fi and4 G is carried out by using the network assistant,and the communication function between Wi Fi module and host computer and between 4G module and mobile phone APP is verified.On this basis,the developed host computer man-machine interface is used to test the functions of data transmission,display and storage of the engine signal acquisition board.The test results show that the designed system achieves the expected design goal,improves the ship transportation safety and system maintainability,and has good engineering application value.
