Research On Unbalanced Bidding And Engineering Change In The Foundation Pit Project

For the construction company,it is also one of its important tasks to effectively control the project investment in addition to coordinating the contractors to ensure the quality and complete the project as planned during the project implementation.As an important part of underground engineering,the construction cost of foundation pit engineering generally accounts for 25 %-35 % of the total underground engineering cost.In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction,it need to support and reinforce the side walls and surrounding environment of foundation pit,which is foundation pit support engineering.Although foundation pit support is a temporary project,it has the characteristics of great construction difficulty,high concealment and many unpredictable problems.If not taking measurements to prevent the factors affecting the foundation pit support construction cost,it is easy to lead to the phenomenon of “three excesses”: the approximate price exceeds the estimated price;the estimated price exceeds the estimated price,and the settlement price exceeds the estimated price.Based on the practical conclusions of a large number of construction projects,the paper summarizes the factors that affect the construction cost of foundation pit support construction.Taking the foundation pit supporting construction of a commercial project in Zhengding New District as a case,combining with an example,this paper studies the control measures of influencing factors of engineering cost,and points out the existing problems in construction unit’s engineering cost management,which is the research insufficiency on countermeasures of unbalanced bidding in the bidding stage and engineering change in the construction stage.Unbalanced bidding is the main means by which the contractor can charge money early and more by separating the quantity and price.Engineering change is the main reason for contractors to realize non-contractual income.How to prevent unbalanced bidding and control engineering changes has attracted more and more attention from the tenderers.In the above-mentioned foundation pit support project,there are problems of unbalanced bidding and engineering change,but finally the settlement price is less than the estimated price,reaching the goal of cost control,which has guiding significance and reference for cost control of similar projects.Based on the above cases,it collects and sorts out a large number of data of the four bid segments in the case,analyzes the causes by establishing an unbalanced bidding computing model and engineering change analysis system,and studies the corresponding preventive measures in these two aspects,which reflects the core competitiveness of the construction unit.
