Research On Cost Control Of Engineering Construction Project Change

Engineering change is an important reason for the increase or decrease of the cost of construction projects.Among them,the increase of the cost of construction projects is the focus of people's attention,as well as the focus of cost control by construction units.The construction project has three characteristics of complexity,long-term and uniqueness,and its construction process is easily disturbed by human and environmental factors.Therefore,engineering change is inevitable.Engineering change will lead to the increase of cost,which will result in the cost control of the construction project lost in balance.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the cost control of engineering change.At first,This paper summarizes the basic status of engineering change at home and abroad,explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and then,The relevant factors affecting engineering change are identified and analyzed by means of literature research and expert interview,From the point of view of all parties involved in the construction project,this paper makes a detailed comparison and analysis of the frequency of change factors and the degree of impact on the actual cost during the construction period,using the method of questionnaire survey chooses the 24 main influencing factors of engineering change.The corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from four aspects of engineering change management,contract type selection,responsibility identification of participants and change cost approval.Finally,through case analysis,it is found that the factors selected in this paper are indeed the main factors causing the cost change of construction projects,and the construction party should attach great importance to these main factors in the process of project cost control.
