Research On Safety Management Evaluation Of BSIC Bulk Carrier Shipbuilding Project

The management of the project management in this article as a starting point,points out that the project management of modern ship Shipbuilding,ship manufacturing enterprises in the face of modern safety management problems,analyze and evaluate the current situation of safety management in Shipbuilding process of bulk carriers through field research,to find a solution to the enterprise safety management problems.It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for the safety management of other similar ship building enterprises.In this paper,the BSIC bulk carrier Shipbuilding project safety management evaluation as the research object,through field research,clear the bulk cargo ship safety management status,the bulk cargo ship Shipbuilding process safety management status analysis.By the side of this analysis and expert investigation method,constructed the BSIC bulk cargo ship safety assessment index system of Shipbuilding project management is analyzed from the "personnel,equipment,materials,management system,environment",and identified 5 level indexes and 25 two level indexes.Through the expert investigation way to complete the index weight setting,Shipbuilding and completion of bulk carrier structure evaluation model,and180 thousand tons of bulk cargo ship 71# ship for the evaluation of examples,we can draw the conclusion that BSIC company bulk cargo ship safety management level of Shipbuilding project is qualified good,need to strengthen the conclusion in the management system and personnel management,and combined with two indicators the evaluation results of bulk cargo ship Shipbuilding safety management of the countermeasures.
