power consumption.It should be pointed out that with the gradual profound changes in the way of electricity consumption and residents’ living requirements,the current ladder price policy has certain the implementation of the ladder price policy,the residents’ electricity consumption status and social repercussions,the changes in the power industry structure and the implementation of the residential ladder price policy,and the conclusions of the ladder electricity price policy during the implementation of various defects and deficiencies,thus the current local ladder An objective and scientific evaluation of the implementation of electricity prices.The research focus of this paper is on the ladder price policy.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the effect of policy
