| Information technology is widely used in the automotive industry.FW is a leading joint-venture automobile manufacturing enterprise in China.The factory has a high degree of dependence on information technology.The UPS system studied in this paper is an important part of confidential information in the entire IT information system.The C production base is its first off-site vehicle manufacturing plant outside the headquarters,which produces 600,000 cars a year.Through the effective implementation of the UPS service management process,the planning department of the UPS system can better improve the quality and efficiency of production services,provide guarantee for the efficient development of the main business of the enterprise,and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the fierce market competition.However,because the UPS shutdown event occurred frequently and the impact was extremely serious,the factory shutdown time has exceeded the scope of the indicator.Behind the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry,it is inseparable from the use of a large number of modern information technologies in the business operations of major enterprises.In the research,the article mainly tends to study how to reduce the production quality and efficiency after the UPS event occurs,and promotes the effective improvement of the service level of the production UPS system.Firstly,the status quo of UPS service management development and research is expounded.Then there are faults during the service of the production UPS system,combined with the application of the attribution method,mainly in terms of technology,process,staff and central planning authority.In-depth research on the UPS service management process,and re-establish a special process for the off-site project to promote the optimization of UPS payment service management.Through the application of the fishbone diagram analysis method,the management team and management process are further insufficient,also figure out the cause of the problem and the opportunity for development.Then refer to the ITIL best practice,and start from the actual situation of the C factory,apply the UPS system,and design a multi-faceted management process such as optimized event management,problem management,and authority configuration management.In the next chapter,the design optimization is carried out,and the R&D and design work of the new process is realized based on the three levels of capacity guarantee,quality improvement and personnel matching.Analyze the problems and opportunities existing in the fishbone diagram and implement specific solutions to deal with them.After the implementation of the project,an evaluation framework is established,which is based on the dimensions of customers,financial indicators,internal processes and organizational structure.The results of the improvement are verified by comparing the data of each indicator before and after comparison with the data of the reference department.Finally,the project is summarized,the organizational matching and equipment matching schedule established by the company’s second and third off-site factories are given,and the development prospects of production UPS system support services are prospected. |
