In order to promote the rapid development of power production technology,to ensure the safety of workers in the process of on-site maintenance or implementation of power equipment,and to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the power grid,the Electric Power Safety Work Procedure has formulated a special work ticket management system.Work ticket system is a written voucher for electric power enterprises to carry out construction and maintenance of electrical equipment.Its content is an important basis for clarifying equipment maintenance steps,dangerous matters needing attention and safety safeguard measures.The contents filled in are mainly the work ticket information such as the person in charge,work tasks,plan working hours,safety measures and so on.Although the SG186 production management system of the State Grid provides the module of work ticket invoicing,it mainly uses manual input in operation,which has the shortcomings of complex Invoicing time,low efficiency and high professional and technical level requirements.Therefore,the management of work ticket of the State Grid Panzhihua Power Company for substation is still in manual invoicing and semi-automatic invoicing.At the stage of converting tickets,it is urgent to build a set of electronic work ticket management system suitable for our company.Based on B/S structure,J2 EE technology and database technology are used to construct the substation electronic work order system.Firstly,the paper studies the relevant theory of work ticket,and introduces the preparation of work ticket and process management business to readers.Then the substation work ticket on-site investigation,and completed the electronic work ticket management system needs analysis.Then according to the requirement analysis,this paper designs the software and hardware architecture and system functions of the system,and introduces workflow technology and expert system on the basis of the traditional electronic worksheet system.Finally,according to the detailed design of the system function,the coding of the system is completed,the functional modules of the system are realized,and itself is tested.The research content of this paper is very important for the management of substation work ticket in Panzhihua Power Company of China National Grid.It hasrealized the functions of basic information management,work ticket compilation,work ticket flow management,work ticket statistics management and work ticket template management,and can better meet the needs of Panzhihua Power Company for work ticket.Daily management has a good guiding effect on the maintenance of electrical equipment,greatly reducing the time of invoicing,reducing Invoicing errors,and ensuring the work efficiency.
