Traditional Residences are splendid cultural heritage that combines material and non-material in China.Since liberation,China has paid more and more attention to the value of the traditional Residence.However,in general,the external overall style and Facade form of traditional Residence are more easily noticed,but the inner core construction process of the dwelling is difficult to be deeply inherited and protected.The traditional craft is the fundamental soul of the traditional Residence.It embodies the local living culture and the building wisdom of the local people.Therefore,recorded and studied the construction craft of traditional Residence is the base to protect the Facade form.From the geographical location and external form,the traditional Residences in the area seem to be the transition zone between the Southern and northern residential Residences,the tyle and craft construction feature of the traditional Residences is Mixed.The research about traditional Residences are most limited to the interior of each province,and there are few comprehensive research results across provinces and regions.Therefore,the exploration of traditional construction techniques to The Boundary Circle of Jiangsu,Shandong,Henan and Anhui Provinces is the promotion to the whole research of Traditional Residence and the plenitude to the Local construction craft.The article is divided into four parts.The first part will explain the research framework of the thesis Systematically and propose the topic.The second part cut into the natural,human and historical factors of the region to summarizes the geomorphological features,climate types,historical environment and Language environment to Exploring the formation and development of traditional Residences in various regions,Meanwhile,lead to The traditional residential forms and construction features of the area;the third part,by conducting research on the core scope to classification the traditional Residences in this area according to the different characteristic of brick,tile and stone materials.The fourth part puts forward the scientific protection and repair theory for the incompleteness of the traditional residential protection system in China,and proposes reasonable,specific protection and repair methods for the brick,tile and stone structure.
