The exploitation of urban underground space is gradually becoming the main direction of urban development.As an important node connecting urban space,the underground streets have developed from a single transportation space into a multifunctional space with abundant business forms.However,compared to ground streets space,the underground streets space differs strongly in objective physical environment and subjective psychological environment.With continuous improvement of technical means,the demand for physical environment has been solved,then the public began to expect underground streets could satisfy the demands for psychological comfort in many aspects just like the traditional ground streets.Streets pavement,as an important part of underground street space,is of great significance in affecting people's spatial psychological comfort,and different ground pavement of display different visual comfort effect.Based on the current situation of the lack of detailed design and the creation of comfortable environment in the underground commercial streets pavement in China,this thesis explores the correlation between the pavement of underground commercial streets and visual comfort,and provides effective theoretical basis for the pavement design of underground commercial streets through the conclusions drawn from the experimental research.The topic selects the ground pavement of the underground commercial streets as the research object,and makes a specific study on the correlation between the underground commercial streets pavement and the spatial visual comfort.Through field investigation and literature reading,the elements and elements' categories of the underground commercial street pavement are sorted out,however,it is found that the distinction between the various elements of the pavement is mostly limited to qualitative description and lacks quantitative analysis.At the same time,each factor's influence on the visual comfort are relatively independent,shortcomings in terms of elements combination.In this study,the factors of pavement are quantified by means of valuation and classification,and the image words suitable for describing the pavement of underground commercial streets are collected in the form of questionnaire;Orthogonal analysis was used to obtain samples of experimental scenes.Virtual scenes were set up with virtual reality technology and immersive experience was conducted.Experiments were carried out with the method of architectural psychology to convert subjective human feelings into objective experimental data;SPPS professional statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis of experimental data.Establish curve fitting regression models and factors load matrix to obtain the appropriate focus of the pavement design in underground commercial streets.The differences between the different genders were analyzed.Ultimately,the conclusions provide strategies for the pavement design of underground commercial streets.Thesis results show that,it satisfies the functionality(azimuth orientation)of the pavement,and pays more attention to its psychological comfort(safety and comfort).The pavement factors,glossiness,roughness,pattern,color,dimension and collage form,should be fully considered;Reasonable improvement of the pavement glossiness,selection of color that gives people warm sensation,or simple and orderly collage form are conducive to improve the comfort in the underground commercial streets;The pavement design featured with neutral color,medium-and large-scale and ordered collage form are the design preference for underground commercial streets;At the same time,avoid the combination of cool color and interlaced collage;It is recommended to avoid the neutral color when the pavement is installed to prevent dazzle light,causing unnecessary safety hazards and visual discomfort;The study also found that there was no significant difference in psychological value between the different genders,so the influence of gender difference on the spatial effect could be ignored.This thesis makes up for the correlation research between the pavement design of underground commercial streets and visual comfort,aiming to provide technical means and research ideas for the systematic research of pavement design in the future,which has certain theoretical significance for improving the pavement design system in underground commercial streets.Simultaneously,it provides strategies for pavement design,and improves the coordination between the bottom interface and the surrounding environment.It can promote the practical application of pavement design in underground commercial streets.
