Studies On Fireproof Design Of Underground Commercial Streets

Nowadays, a great number of cities in China are faced with the task of transformation of old cities and construction of new cities. As a result, the stereoscopic development of urban space has become an inevitable trend, and the exploitation of urban underground space is on the rise. With the expansion of urban space, the underground commercial streets are becoming an important model of urban sustainable development.Conflagration will lead to great losses of people's lives and property, and sometimes serious political effect. Therefore, fireproof design plays a crucial role in the safety design of underground commercial street buildings. In the light of principles fo outbreak of underground building fire, the thesis analyzes how to control conflagration and summarizes the principles and methods of fireproof design in the underground commercial street buildings, with the expectation to throw light on the work of architects and administrators in this field.The research primarily includes: the qualities and fireproof design condition of underground commercial street buildings; the layout of underground commercial street buildings aimed at revealing the importance of fireproof design of external environment; the fireproof design of internal environment such as fireproof dividing areas, evacuation, and interior decoration; and case study of fire prevention in view of practical projects.
