Research On Inventory Management Optimization Of Spare Parts Based On ABC Method In Xuzhou Photovoltaic Company

With the continuous growth of installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation in China,the reliability of silicon wafer production has become the key to the development and growth of photovoltaic enterprises,which puts forward higher requirements for efficient spare parts management.Spare parts inventory management of xuzhou photovoltaic has been using the traditional management model.This traditional spare parts management is easy to cause problems.Spare parts are sometimes overstocked and sometimes out of stock.For these problems,this paper uses scientific classification method to establish mathematical models,reduce the cost of spare parts warehousing,and improve the efficiency of spare parts management.Based on the theory of inventory control and scientific classification method,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the actual situation of Xuzhou photovoltaic spare parts inventory management,explores the main problems existing in inventory management,and analyses the causes.The first problem is that there are many kinds of sluggish materials in spare parts inventory.The second problem is that spare parts are not scientifically classified and managed.For the two main problems,we analyzed the reasons and put forward the countermeasures.Firstly,Xuzhou photovoltaic spare parts are scientifically classified.Secondly,according to the characteristics of different types of spare parts,the inventory model of different types of spare parts is established and optimized.Finally,the scientific spare parts management system is used to purchase spare parts.It is expected that the effect of inventory management of photovoltaic spare parts in Xuzhou will be optimized.There are two main innovative points in this paper.First,according to the analysis of different storage age intervals and spare parts cost,we deeply analyze all aspects of Xuzhou photovoltaic spare parts,and we find out the characteristics of spare parts,and summarize the rules.At the same time,we need to use ABC classification method to classify spare parts scientifically.Secondly,according to the different characteristics of Xuzhou photovoltaic spare parts,different management modes are adopted to build corresponding point inventory model and analyze its improvement effect.
