Research On Main Transformer Expansion Project Quality Management Of FH Substation Based On Life Cycle

Substation is the key equipment to realize power distribution,dispatching and transmission.The construction quality of substation project has a decisive impact on the economy,security and reliability of substation,and directly affects the operation quality of the whole power grid.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to adopt modern project management methods for substation project quality management.Therefore,this paper adopts the life cycle quality management theory and other relevant quality management theories to study the quality management of FH main transformer expansion project.The purpose is to understand the problems and causes in the quality management of substation project,propose the corresponding quality management design scheme,and provide guidance and reference for improving the quality management level of substation project.In this paper,the life cycle quality management and total quality management theory are combined to analyze the project status and quality management status of FT main transformer expansion project,and analyze the problems and causes of the previous substation project quality management.According to the analysis results,the design scheme of life cycle quality management of FH main transformer expansion project is proposed.The design scheme includes quality management principles and four stages of life-cycle quality management:demonstration stage,design stage,construction stage and operation stage;Build a life-cycle and quality management evaluation index system;Determine the content and process of life cycle quality management.According to the design scheme,put forward the implementation contents of the life cycle quality management scheme of FH main transformer expansion project,as well as the guarantee measures for the implementation of the scheme.Evaluate the effect of the life cycle quality management optimization scheme of the main transformer expansion project.This paper believes that there are some problems in the past substation project quality management,such as poor awareness of project data management,weak ability of material filing and classification management,nonstandard use plan of mechanical equipment,weak technical ability of construction team,and on-site environmental analysis to be improved.It is necessary to divide the quality management stages according to the whole life cycle,and determine the quality management evaluation indicators in the demonstration stage,design stage,construction stage and operation stage.Determine the quality management content and process according to the quality management stage of the whole life cycle,and establish the guarantee measures for the implementation of the quality management plan,including improving the project quality management awareness,strengthening the project quality management and control,and organizing a skilled construction team.This study can provide reference for solving the quality management problems of power engineering construction.At the same time,this study is of great significance to improve the quality of substation project on the basis of saving resources and reducing costs,and then improve the efficiency and benefits of the project.
