| The roller of crossed roller bearing ranged perpendicularly in roller guide way mutually.Because of the ranging style,large loading in axial direction,radial direction,and moment can be bear by only one bearing.The bearing can be used in Numerical control machine tool rotary table,joint part of industrial robot.The crossed roller bearing affect the performance of the whole machine.As showed above,the studying of crossed roller bearing static character shows great significance.First,based on the basic characteristics parameters of joint surface,the static stiffness model of cylinder with plane,cylinder with cylinder inside and outside,cylinder with cone inside and outside is built,write the solving program of the model by Matlab;comparing the solving solution with the model build by Hertz theory.Analysis the changing of the contact stiffness of the model build before.Second,build the static characteristic model of crossed roller bearing by the basic characteristics parameters of joint surface,write the solving program by Matlab;do the experiment of the static stiffness of the crossed roller bearing of THK RB14016 type of this kind of bearing,comparing with the theory solution and the testing solution.Shows the correctness of the solving model made before.Finally,work out the equivalence method of the static stiffness of the crossed roller bearing.Put the equivalence method into use of analysis static stiffness of certain machine tool.Camparing the experiment value and theory value,the equivalence method is feasible.The method is quite usefull in analyzing the static stiffness of the whole machine tool. |
