Research On Design Method Of Embedded Pension Facilities In Ancient City Renewal

As the problem of providing for the aged has attracted more and more social attention,people pay more attention to the living condition and physical and mental health of the elderly.When the material life of the elderly is basically satisfied,their psychological needs and desire for happiness and well-being become more and more obvious.Focusing on the scope of the old-age problem to the ancient cities left behind by history,on the one hand,the residents of the old cities need stable old-age services and security,on the other hand,the unique historical and cultural accumulation and living atmosphere of the old cities also open up new ideas for solving the old-age problem.On the one hand,it can juxtapose the old-age pension problem with the old-city revival problem,and benefit the original residents of the old city while renewing and developing.On the other hand,the rise of residential pension also gives the old-age pension function a new opportunity to develop.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant literature,combs the domestic and foreign related research status and related domestic and international practice situation in the aspects of "ancient city protection","old-age facilities" and "old-age living".Then it demonstrates the rationality of embedded old-age facilities in the regeneration of ancient city from several aspects such as theoretical basis,economic resources and so on.Then it collects a certain number of ancient city cases and practices.The cases of various kinds of old-age facilities are studied,analyzed and summarized;then the representative old city of Zhangjiakou Fort in North China is investigated in various aspects,and questionnaires are conducted for different groups of people.Finally,based on the case analysis and field investigation,the conclusion of this paper is put forward,that is,the design of embedded old-age facilities in the regeneration of old-age cities in North China.Method and its preliminary conceptual model.Embedded pension facilities in the ancient city,relying on the historical accumulation and cultural atmosphere of the ancient city,benefit the local residents and help to protect the authenticity of its neighborhood.On the other hand,through the introduction and development of residential pension,we can realize the complementary and common development of pension function and ancient city tourism business.Through this study,I hope to give the ancient city regeneration a certain reference and innovation significance,and bring vitality to the new development of pension function.
