Research On The Spatial Adaptability Of Exisiting Community Embedded Pension Facilities

With the increasing urbanization and aging population in China,the old-age care problem has become the mainstream of the society.Traditional home-based care and institutional care model are facing great difficulties.In order to alleviate the current situation of it,the proposal of embedded pension facilities under the model of community home pension provides a new way to solve the current pension problems.Based on the investigation of the current situation and users of the domestic community embedded pension facilities,this paper finds the existing problems in the space design,and puts forward the functional space adaptability design principles and design methods of the embedded pension facilities,hoping to play a positive role in the future relevant research and practice.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the relevant concepts of community embedded pension facilities.In the process of summarizing the status quo of pension research at home and abroad,it sorts out the development status quo of pension facilities in Britain,Japan and Singapore.Through domestic and foreign literature journals have a better understanding of pension facilities.Then it analyzes the current situation of existing community embedded pension facilities in China from three aspects of social embedding theory.Combined with the investigation cases of several embedded pension facilities in Shanghai,nanjing and changsha,the paper analyzes,compares and summarizes the cases in detail,and concludes the current situation of embedded pension facilities in China.In the process of investigation,data analysis and summarization were conducted on the spatial demands of the elderly and operators in the facility by means of questionnaires and interviews,and the spatial demands of users were taken as important reference factors for spatial design.Through the analysis of the above theory and research,put forward the community embedded endowment facilities space adaptive design principles and design strategies,including the design strategy from the use of groups demand accurate positioning,select embedded adapter with high degrees of vector space,the reasonable use of embed mode and technique,pay attention to in the process of embedding associated compound of the space,build a compound system of embedded endowment space this five aspects to elaborate.Finally,this paper studies the spatial adaptive design method of community embedded pension facilities,and studies the combination of single functional spacedesign and multiple functional Spaces from different spatial types.Then the design method of functional space combination mode is proposed for three types of embedded pension facilities: day care type,full care type and mixed care type.Embedded into community endowment facilities research,this paper through on-the-spot investigation,draw the relevant drawings,get a lot of firsthand material,in the process of research,from the elderly and the practical space requirements of operators,explore the embedded endowment facilities space adaptive design method,which laid a foundation for the future design of the embedded endowment facilities,and at the same time for the future construction and study provides the certain reference value,to solve the problem of pension and guiding the corresponding design is of great significance.
