Research On The Design Of The Old Age Facilities In The Existing Residential Area Under The Embedded Pension Mode

Since 1999,when China ushered in the Silver Age,the proportion of older people in the total population has increased rapidly,"4-2-1" family structure changes,lead to occupy the endowment model has been difficult to adapt to,however,the current endowment facilities construction is not perfect,there are still many problems and the insufficiency,country and family endowment pressure gradually increase.For older people with nostalgic in the community,the vast majority of pension is not willing to leave the familiar environment,it built the space is limited,the traditional pension model,endowment facilities construction method has been difficult to meet the demand.It is particularly important to explore new pension models and new methods for the construction of old-age facilities to create a more livable environment for the elderly is particularly important.At first,this paper summarizes the current situation of population aging,the present situation of endowment facilities and the choice of current endowment mode,puts forward the aging speed fast,endowment facilities construction lags behind,the pension model difficult to adapt to the trend of pension problems,and then expounds the purpose of this thesis research and significance,and define the scope of concepts in research.Through to the domestic and foreign research and draw on the advanced concept of pension,and combining the practice case early embedded endowment facilities-nanjing love reflected the setting sun is the analysis of the endowment service center aims to prove the feasibility of this new embedded pension model,and explore the embedding strategy of endowment facilities and methods.Endowment facilities in hebei cangzhou area as an example,the research status quo and pension demand research,combining with the characteristics of embedded pension mode,puts forward the existing area of embedded small endowment facilities embedded principle,embedding strategy and embedding method.Finally,through to the cangzhou city tong xiang garden area as instance application,embedded small endowment facilities embedding strategy and method of practical,hope to provide reference for future related research.
