Eco-oriented Urban Renewal In Waterfront Areas

Since the beginning of the 13 th five-plan,China's economic development has entered the new normal.In the face of the urban construction of regional environmental quality decline,widespread ecological damage and many other problems,our country attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,and ecological problems have been raised to an unprecedented height,the ecological transformation of the city is imminent.As the region with the richest natural resources in the city,urban waterfront area is an important link in the construction of ecological city.Therefore,it has become the key area for the improvement of regional spatial environment quality and the shaping of characteristics in urban renewal.In this context,our country has issued a series of policies and regulations on water ecological governance,and put forward an innovative management system of river length system,which greatly improves the efficiency of river governance and greatly improves the ecological status of China's waterfront areas.However,as China's current urban renewal is still in the stage dominated by the balance of interests,and the combination with the natural ecology of waterfront is not close enough,the urban renewal mode of waterfront still needs to be improved.Therefore,based on the current situation of urban waterfront construction in China,it is of great significance to discuss the new ecological thinking of urban renewal in waterfront areas for promoting the ecological transformation of Chinese cities.This paper is based on the theory of waterfront area and eco-city.At first,this paper analyzes the development trend of waterfront areas,summarizes the characteristics of foreign waterfront urban renewal,and analyzes the current problems in China's waterfront urban renewal,summarized several issues that should be paid attention to in waterfront urban renewal.Then,it analyzes the early development process of the maozhou river basin,summarizes the problems in its development,and points out the necessity of eco-oriented urban renewal in the maozhou river basin.Then,taking the comprehensive regulation project of maozhou river basin as an opportunity,this paper discusses the general situation of the project and the planning and implementation strategy in detail,evaluates the current construction effect,and provides the support for the further improvement of the planning strategy.Finally,combined with the case of urban renewal in maozhou river basin and China's national conditions,this paper puts forward the model of urban renewal in the waterfront area under the guidance of ecology with the method of system science.And this paper comes to the following conclusions:Firstly,from the perspective of the development trend of cities,ecological and sustainable development has become the theme of the current era of world development,and the ecological transformation of cities has become the overall trend of future urban development.Secondly,the urban renewal of Maozhou vally is supported by the theory of ecological orientation.Through the comprehensive management and development of "river & industry & city",new exploration is made in the urban renewal of the waterfront area with the innovation of environmental governance and system and mechanism,which provides a new idea of ecological orientation for the urban renewal of the waterfront area of our country.Thirdly,from the view of waterfront area,the construction of urban waterfront space must adopt the method of system science.In the process of governance,we should take a long-term view,start from different dimensions of time and space,integrate the ecological concept into all aspects of urban construction,give full play to the service value of the ecological system,and achieve a win-win situation between urban ecology and economy.
