Sustainable development and environmental protection have become an increasing world attention,BSG(Belt Driven Starter Generator)micro-hybrid powertrain technology with low consumption and low-emission is standing out in the world.The BSG motor with its system is the core of the whole system.Aiming at the demand of micro hybrid electric vehicle system,using hybrid excitation claw-pole synchronous motor as the BSG motor.Combining the working mode as starter/generator motor,control strategy based on SVPWM control is proposed.Electric strategy is divided into zones by flux-enhancing and flux-weakening domains according to operating conditions,field current works to improve torque by enhancing flux in flux-enhancing strategy,d-axis current and field current are coordinately controlled to increase speed by offsetting permanent magnet field in flux-weakening strategy.Generation strategy uses voltage and current double closed-loop method,field current works to satisfy the command of controllable rectifier by regulating magnetic field,thus making bus voltage stable.According to the mathematical model of the motor and control strategy,simulation analysis and prototype testing are performed,the simulation and experimental results show that the control strategy possesses high torque at flux-enhancing domain,wide speed range at flux-weakening domain under starter mode;bus voltage stability is ensured at wide speed range to show excellent capacity in regulating magnetic and voltage under generation mode.
