Servo press system is very important in the industry.And it is an absolutely necessary part in the auto parts' production and assembly.However,the traditional integrated auto parts' servo press has met a lot of problems in the practical production.The main problem is that it is unstable and it seriously affects the normal production in the factory.In addition,the time delay of the system is large and it makes the system can't be used in the precision manufacture.What's more,the flexibility of the system is hard to achieve,and it is difficult to cut down the cost to promote the competitiveness of the factory.“Industry4.0” is a symbol which means that the industry will be combined with intelligence and network.To solve the problem and meet the requirements of “Industry4.0”,a distributed servo press system based on the EtherCAT is designed in this paper.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.Firstly,the paper analyzed the integrated servo press system and did a research about the EtherCAT and the distributed control system.Then the paper gave a detailed design of the overall architecture of the EtherCAT-based distributed auto parts servo press system.The paper mainly introduced the motion control system and the data acquisition system.For the motion control system,we developed our system based on the N3 control.For the data acquisition system,the paper analyzed the time delay and introduced the definition of the timestamp,which could be applied in the interpolation and analysis.2.Based on the system requirements,the paper completed the CNC program and the framework of the upper computer software.Then the paper optimized 3 algorithm of servo press.The algorithm based on second derivative and the algorithm based on Harris corner detection solved the problem of critical point,and the “Frame Function” solved the problem of the curve trend.3 kinds of test cases are applied in judging the envelope line.3.Finally,the paper tests the reliability,flexibility and 1ms' s synchronous reference.The paper tests the algorithm with the data from the factory,and it turns out that the system can meet the factory's need.
