| With the development trend of multifunction and miniatruization of portable devices,portable devices become more complex.As a key technology of portable devices is,power management technology meet new problems and challenges.This paper research on a new type of integrated module system,which compise of power bank,mobile Hard disk,wireless router and bluetooth speaker with uniform dimension.There are five requirements of power management of module integrated system.Firstly,all kinds of module have independent and complement power supply system.Secondly,the power management of module integrated system is based on the power supply system of all kinds of modules and provide unified power supply.In the case of external power supply,it provide power by external power supply whichever module of module integrited system connect to external power supply.Or it provide power by power bank.Forthly,with randomly swap modules location,module integrated system still keep orginal power management and functions.Fifthly,with power path swithing,system still normally working.In this paper proposed a custom interface(Pogo pin)of power supply,module identification and data transmission between modules,which based on USB2.0/USB3.0 standard which can shirnk power trasmission path between modules and realize the unified power supply.Pogo pin combine with USB charging port which realize fast battery charging of module integrated system.And proposed a kind of switching circuit for three-way power supply paths that consist of a micro controller,N-MOSFET and two reverse P-MOSFET in series.The kind of switching circuit prevent from leakaging current while switching power paths and keep normal power supply.The working of paper as follows:(1)Paper research on module integrated system which is an original type.According to the result of analyzing four module structures and the structure of module integrated system,this paper proposed a pogo pin as a general interface of module integrated system which is based on USB2.0/USB3.0.Pogo pin is not only shirnk power trasmission path and reduce dropout between modules,but also realize the unified power supply with randomly swap modules location.(2)Research on the power management scheme of modules and the power management scheme of module integrated system,proposed the scheme of power path switching for module integrated system.3)analysis the state of the voltage signal,the state of output interface and the charge and discharge state of battery,it proposed a kind of switching circuit for three-way power supply paths that consist of a micro controller,N-MOSFET and two reverse P-MOSFET in series.The kind of switching circuit prevent from leakage current while switching power paths and keep normal power supply.4)Design for power paths switching circuit,voltage conversion circuit for the four kinds of module,identification circuit of USB battery charging interface and battery management for power bank.5)validation for output voltage of voltage converter in three-way power supply path,dropout voltage when stacking module,battery charging and discharging,the power system stability when switching power supply path and long running with heaving loading in order to verify the correctness and effectiveness of this paper. |
