| With the strong support of the national automotive industry,the domestic automotive electronics field of independent R & D capabilities continue to increase,more and more car control system will be the traditional mechanization of electronic.In 2014,China’s automobile production has exceeded 20 million,and many automotive electronic control systems are dependent on imports,in particular related to automotive safety-related control systems,such as airbag control system,anti-lock braking control system,gearbox control System,electronic selector control system,body stability control system.Restrictions on China’s auto electronics independent research and development of many factors,one of the most important point is that automotive electronics itself is a high-tech high-end industry,product stability,security requirements are high,and China’s automotive electronics research and development started relatively late,Has been monopolized by foreign countries,and the only way to break the technical barriers is independent research and development,therefore,to strengthen domestic automotive electronics independent research and development is a very urgent matter.With the rapid development of automotive electronic technology and the widespread use of automatic transmission,as an automatic transmission interface components of electronic selector is more and more attention,with the traditional use of cable-driven automatic transmission shift,electronic shift Is to transmit the driver shift operation intention to the automatic transmission controller module through the electric signal,and control the automatic transmission to change the gear position.Electronic switch is an important part of automotive electronics,reflects the people driving safety,comfort,convenience and drivingpleasure and other requirements.Controller area network(referred to as CAN)from the field control bus,is BOSCH for modern automotive applications introduced a multi-host local area network,because of its excellent performance has become the most widely used automotive communication bus.In Europe,the CAN bus almost becomes the technical means which the automobile electronic control system design must adopt.Such as Mercedes-Benz,BMW,Volkswagen,Volvo and other large car manufacturers are using CAN bus as the electronic control system transmission bus,the automotive network protocol market has been occupied by CAN bus network more than 80%.The main content of this paper is based on CAN bus electronic shift controller design,CAN bus-based electronic selector is to prevent the driver shift erroneous operation caused by damage to the gearbox to correct the driver’s bad shift Can be quickly and steadily communicate to the gearbox controller to achieve shift function;can easily carry out self-diagnosis,fault recording and query;to achieve modular design easy to repair and replacement.With the development of electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles,new energy vehicles and CAN bus technology,the electronic shift device based on CAN bus has gradually become a development trend.In this paper,the function and realization principle of the electronic selector system are analyzed in detail,and the hardware of each module is analyzed and designed based on the overall scheme.The software function is analyzed and the software is designed.Finally,the module has carried on the detailed function and the performance test,the test result all met the design request.At the same time,the design of electronic selector products in the real car on the successful matching to complete all the tests match,functional performance is good. |
