With the development and maturity of vehicle-road collaboration technology,modern science and technology has been able to achieve real-time interaction of human,vehicle,road and environmental information.The concept of intelligent public transport has entered the public's vision,and the public transport system is becoming more and more intelligent.As an important part of the driving process of the bus section,bus stop is often neglected or set as a fixed value in the study of bus priority control,which easily leads to the deviation between the arrival time of bus stop line and the estimated time,and affects the reliability of the bus priority control method.The purpose of this paper is to improve the reliability of bus priority strategy and reduce the impact of delay on social vehicles.A coordinated control method of bus speed guidance and intersection signal is proposed considering the fluctuation of dwell time.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on the fluctuation characteristics of bus dwell time.Firstly,the impact of bus dwell time on bus priority is analyzed.Secondly,based on the actual bus dwell time survey data analysis,the relevant laws are obtained,and the direct and indirect factors affecting bus dwell time are analyzed.Finally,the fluctuation of bus dwell time is summarized and analyzed through data analysis.(2)Bus priority decision tree model considering dwell time fluctuation.Considering the fluctuation of bus dwell time and the inaccurate prediction,a decision tree model of bus priority is proposed for the section where the bus platform belongs to the central type of road.The decision tree model is divided into initial fuzzy speed guidance and secondary precise bus priority coordination control.By analyzing the relationship between bus arrival time window and intersection signal phase,combined with the joint control of speed guidance,stop control and signal coordination,the purpose of bus priority is realized.Finally,the analysis of bus delay based on decision tree model is deduced.(3)Research on Bus Priority "Substitute" Phase Strategy.Based on the double-loop phase in the United States,this paper designs a bus priority "substitute" phase strategy.A new phase set is formed by combining bus phase with non-conflict social vehicle phase.When the bus arrives at the stop line at the red light phase,the replacement phase is inserted to make the bus pass through the intersection without stopping.Finally,the influence on the social vehicle is reduced by compensating the phase,so that the time of each phase does not change in general.This strategy aims to achieve the goal of bus priority while reducing the impact on social vehicles.Finally,the delayed triangle analysis is deduced.(4)Case analysis and simulation verification.Firstly,two bus priority methods proposed in this paper are analyzed by examples.Secondly,the delay analysis of this paper is validated by using the joint simulation of MATLAB and VISSIM software.Finally,the advantages of this method are analyzed by simulation and the reliability of this method is verified under different saturation flows.
