Research On The Cooperative Development Path Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Air Cargo

As a national strategy,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development has been given an important mission to build a world-class city group and a world-class airport group,and has also received extensive attention from all walks of life.As an important part of the construction of the airport group,the coordinated development of air cargo plays a vital role in the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei world-class airport group.However,the development of air cargo in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is not optimistic,and its development level is far lower than the two regions of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta.At the same time,there is no development situation of synergy.In addition,the concept of regional air cargo coordination is not clear to domestic and foreign scholars.How to promote the coordinated development of regional air cargo needs to be further studied.The related theories of system theory and synergy to define the concept of coordinated development of regional air cargo is used.On this basis,through relevant literature review,expert consultation and related theoretical research,the relevant factors affecting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air cargo are summarized,and the influence coefficient of each influencing factor is analyzed by SEM structural equation model to find out the key influencing factors..Then,based on the summary of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air cargo development status,development environment and regional air cargo coordinated development stage,the overall thinking and overall development path of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air cargo coordinated development are formulated.Finally,combined with the above analysis,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air cargo will be divided into four stages according to the thinking and path of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air cargo: the internal improvement stage(2019-2020)and the subsystem development stage(2020-2025),the comprehensive coordinated development stage(2025-2030)and the sustainable development stage(2030-),and at the same time,the key tasks and implementation measures of each stage are formulated for each stage characteristics.
