| Intelligent manufacturing,as the core path of making China strong in manufacturing of quality,play a leading role in industrial transformation and upgrading.At present,our country has made great progress in promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing,however,facing a new wave of global industrial revolution,there are a series of problems in the development of intelligent manufacturing,such as the mismatch of demand and supply,the lack of innovation,the lack of depth and breadth of application and the lack of comprehensive professional talents.Under the background,the promotion of intelligent manufacturing capability will be the only way to the development of manufacturing enterprises.In the process of promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing,there are still a majority of enterprises lack an overall sense of their own level of intelligent manufacturing and the direction of improvement and promotion,it has hindered the progress of the enterprise to promote the development of intelligence.The evaluation will help the manufacturing enterprise to make a clear position of its own intelligent manufacturing level,and make clear the key direction of upgrading and reforming the enterprise’s intelligence.The research object of this thesis is X Construction Machinery Company.By evaluating its intelligent manufacturing capability,it provides an effective and applicable method for manufacturing enterprises,especially for construction machinery enterprises.First of all,this thesis reviewed and combed the domestic and foreign intelligent manufacturing-related literature,with the interview and research on X Construction Machinery Company’s production and management situation and intelligent manufacturing development status,to start with the full life cycle business activity of the product implementation,it has determined 13 primary index,such as personnel skills,data,equipment,production and value benefit,and 31 Secondary index,to construct the intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation index system of X Construction Machinery Company;Secondly,AHP was used to determine the weight of index at all levels;Thirdly,on account of the complexity of the intelligent manufacturing capability and difficulty of describing quantitatively,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the intelligent manufacturing capability is established.Finally,this thesis makes an empirical study on the intelligent manufacturing capability of X Construction Machinery Company by using the above-mentioned evaluation model,the feasibility of the model is proved,and the strategy of improving X Construction Machinery Company’s intelligent manufacturing capability is analyzed.The intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation system and evaluation model constructed in this thesis meet the characteristics of X Construction Machinery Company,and provide reference for other construction machinery enterprises or equipment manufacturing enterprises to carry out the evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capability,improve the overall level of intelligence. |
