With the deepening of contemporary medical research and the continuous development of medical technology,the medical model has gradually evolved from the traditional disease-centered medical method to the patient-centered personalized medical model.Traditional medical methods do not take into account the differences between individuals,and personalized medical model can provide patients with medical methods that meet individual needs according to the differences between different patients,which has become an important development direction in the medical field.The design of medical devices is also developing towards individualization.Personalized medical devices are designed according to human body shape characteristics,which can achieve better medical effects.Reverse engineering technology can acquire three-dimensional point cloud data of human body through data acquisition.After eliminating spurious points,filtering smoothing and sampling by minimum distance method.Connecting each point with its adjacent points,a triangular patch model is constructed.Then the free form is extracted and fitted to NURBS surface,and the feature is extracted to construct parametric structure and reconstruct its digital model.It has good application in human body three-dimensional model reconstruction.And it provides a basis for the design of individualized medical devices.Aiming at the customer's individualized demand for the accuracy and comfort of the femoral neck axis conductor,a customized design method of the individualized femoral neck axis conductor is proposed.Firstly,according to KANO demand model,customer's individualized needs are analyzed.According to modularization technology,function modules are determined.Directors are divided into positioning module,guiding module and fixed module.Then point cloud data of human body parts are obtained by using three-dimensional scanner or CT technology,point cloud data are processed based on forward and reverse modeling software Geomagic Design X,NURBS surface is reconstructed by reverse modeling method based on morphological extraction,and model features are reconstructed by reverse modeling method based on feature ext raction.Finally,combined with the forward design,modular structure design is carried out to complete the individualized femoral neck axis conductor customized for individuals.This method effectively meets the customer's personalized needs,and has a ce rtain reference significance for the customization design of personalized medical devices.Personalized customization design method often needs to be redesigned for different patients,which leads to high design cost and long design cycle.Therefore,a personalized configuration design method of femoral neck axis guide is proposed.This method defines product configuration information on the basis of existing customized design.That is to say,according to the femur size in the national standard of China Ad ult Human Size,each module is divided into several specifications,and the corresponding parametric structure is designed.Then extract the customized needs of customers,and extract the personalized form and characteristics by reverse engineering technol ogy.Then,according to the size of the femur,the parameters of the corresponding specifications are selected,the corresponding fixing module is determined,and combined with the orientation and guidance module designed for its personalized morphological characteristics,the personalized femoral neck axis guider can be quickly obtained in accordance with the characteristics of the customers.The application of configuration design realizes the reuse of design process,reduces the process of redesign,shortens the time of product customization,and realizes the rapid customization of personalized medical devices on different individuals.
