| In order to solve the nursing problem of the disabled due to the population aging,traffic accidents and other reasons,it is particularly important to design and develop a medical equipment that can work as rehabilitation nursing and physiological monitoring.Real-time measurement of vital sign parameters can timely understand the physiological status of the patients.The nursing and rehabilitation exercise functions of the rehabilitation nursing bed can meet the physiological needs of patients and improve their physiological status.Therefore,the medical equipment combining the monitoring of physiological parameters and rehabilitation nursing for patients is of great theoretical and practical significance for the rehabilitation of medical services.Based on the research status of intelligent nursing beds at home and abroad,a bed system of rehabilitation nursing robot with dynamic monitoring of physiological parameters is designed and developed.The system nursing bed intelligent control uses vital signs measuring instruments and rehabilitation care robot bed as the carrier.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,it analyzes the secondary problems of handicapped people in the nursing process,such as nursing difficulties and prone bedsores,and designs the functions that the rehabilitation nursing robot bed needs to implement in order to solve the above problems.The wireless remote control is designed by analyzing the single function and towing line problems existing in the conventional remote control of the market.The nursing bed is controlled by the mode of "touch screen + button".The operation interface is friendly and the status of the nursing bed can be dynamically displayed.Common sphygmomanometers can only measure human blood pressure and pulse parameters,but they cannot fully reflect the physiological condition of human body,so we design the ability to monitor the human body’s five physiological parameters of dynamic measuring instrument,through the historical measurement data,and give the trend analysis and recommendations.Secondly,the hardware of the rehabilitation nursing robot bed with the function of dynamic monitoring of physiological parameters is designed.The design of the power circuit,clock circuit,reset circuit and JTAG debug download circuit in ARM system is introduced to ensure the stable operation of the system.Then it designs the communication circuit of the system to realize RS-232 communication and serial WIFI communication,it offers the hardware foundation for the communication among each subsystem.Moreover,the schematic design of the blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen,respiration,body temperature data acquisition and processing functions of the vital signs measuring instrument were designed,and the signal acquisition circuit was simulated by Multisim software to verify the signal acquisition accuracy.Finally,the nursing care bed motor control and automatic toilet were described,and the remote control button operation and dynamic display design.The software designed by each subsystem is compiled in MDK5 compiler,and the verification program can be downloaded and executed.In conclusion,the hardware and software platform of rehabilitation care robot bed system with dynamic monitoring of physiological parameters is designed.The vital signs meter,rehabilitation nursing robot bed and wireless remote control are individually debugged and the whole system is also debugged to ensure the system stability.Our research results have a certain reference value in the rehabilitation of nursing research and industry development. |
