Case Study On Project Management Of A Construction Company

Construction projects are characterized by a long construction cycle and a wide range of aspects.Coupled with the influence of the external environment,they have to a certain extent increased the difficulty of cost control and faced with the increasingly fierce competitiveness of the construction industry.How to further improve the viability of construction enterprises in the entire market and expand the space for their further development has become a problem facing many construction enterprises.A construction engineering co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as A company)is an established construction enterprise,which is one of the leading enterprises in the construction industry in dalian.However,the company has some deficiencies in project management for a long time,which leads to a serious management crisis in the overall project management of the company.This paper took company A as the research object,analyzed the project management problems of company A through real cases,sorted out and analyzed the project management and schedule management respectively from the aspects of project management and schedule management,and comprehensively analyzed the causes of the project crisis of the company.On the basis of theory analysis and practice,through literature search,investigation and research,case analysis and other research methods,identified as A company project risk is difficult to control,project management plan is not science,project quality and project funds to make such factors led to A project management crisis faced by A company,finally,combined with the specific circumstances,A company put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures for optimization and improvement.
